Welcome "Boo" to SFGF. Tell us a little about yourself, and how you found us on the net? Enjoy yourself, and remember we have only one BIG rule. Post often and remain active. :)

Hi Folks!

Thanks for the greeting :-)
I've been a Giants fan going back to the early '70s when they were at Candlestick. I can't remember the days of the open 'Stick, but I have a lot of fond memories of games from the '70s & '80s. I grew up hating the Reds & Dodgers, as they always beat up on the Giants. One of the best games I went to was a night game sometime in the late '80s in which the Giants were trailing the Dodgers something like 7-1 going into the bottom of the 9th. The Giants came back with some 8 runs in the bottom of the 9th to win the game. I was also there for the last postseason game at the 'Stick against the Marlins. Since the Giants have moved to AT&T/SBC/PacBell Park, I've been getting to about 3 or 4 games per year (too many other things going on to get to any more than that).

It's great to have you as a member. How did you hear about SF Giants Forum and what part of the country are you living in? Once again welcome!:beerbang:

It's great to have you as a member. How did you hear about SF Giants Forum and what part of the country are you living in? Once again welcome!:beerbang:I live in Northern CA and heard about this forum some time back, but can't remember how. Either saw a link to it on some other baseball site or saw it when doing a google search.
