I really liked that movie. But it helps if you see the first Craig movie just before you see this one.

The Bear agrees about "DOUBT".It was a fine film and Hoffman was great also. I also really enjoyed "MILK"and "Slumdog Millionaire". Next up for the Bear is "FROST/NIXON". See you at the movies!:beerbang:

Eastwood has made many movies that don't remind you of "Dirty Harry". This one they say does. That is all I am saying.

Saw it last night. If you're a dog lover it's tough to take. I remember holding my Irish setter in my lap when the doctor put him down. Worst day of my life.

That movie was upsetting to me because of that.

BTW Jennifer Anison doesn't do it for me as an actress. She should stay on TV. I'd say read the book and pass on the movie. It's not a bad movie and has it's fun parts but you knew what was coming and it ended badly in that respect.

There are few if any things harder than putting down and animal you love. But in the end it is better to have had these animals as friends and loved ones than not had them in our lives at all. Also the ability to help them avoid suffering is a great act of love on our part one that I wish we could do for our human love ones.

The Bear has a hard time with a movie that bills itself as a thriller and you know the ending before its released. Guess what Hitler does not die in the movie. Enough said!:pound:
