Just saying hi and hopefully we win the division and make the playoffs!

alright a little about myself
- I've been watching baseball since I was a kid
- I'm a lefty
- Barry Bonds has been my favorite player since the first day I've watched baseball. I don't care if he took PED's. Almost all superstars during that time took PED's so who cares anymore. It messes with the integrity of the game now since it's been exposed so much. The past is the past. Also, before he left the team, Barry hit a homerun every game I went to(15-20 games) which I think is kind of special.
- Played baseball all the way up to junior college but quit the team because the team literally sucked and the coaching was very poor. Why I didn't join another team? Well I wasn't going to the majors so I decided to stop my athletic career and pursue my studies. However, I miss playing baseball quite often.
- I love sports in general. I'm a huge 49ers fan and soon to be season ticket holder for the coming up year. The Warriors have been sucking lately but I'm sure you remember them beating the Mav's that one year. Never seen a team get that hot before. Everything went in! Giants fan obviously, man we had a ring but Baker and his stupid toothpick took Ortiz out for no stupid reason!

There must be more to your story than this. Where do you live? How long have you been a Giants fan?

Anyway welcome. Post often. :beerbang:

Hi. Welcome. Though I am new myself, relatively speaking, or really an obvious fact to note, I hope there is more you can share with us on your background history as to why the Giants, and, or how you have come across this forum. It always adds some new spices to the already exuberant and eclectic atmosphere we have admixed here. :)

You don't have to answer any of these questions, but it would be nice to know what town you grew up in, and where you went to school? Also what do you do now? Do you play and rec. sports? That kind of info. makes you more real to the board, and if you care to share is entirely up to you. If you want to know about any of us just ask. I can't speak for all members, but I am sure most would be up to sharing.

Again my friend, WELCOME!
